Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2007, the HR GO plc Group puts its longevity and success down to its visionary leadership, good management, financial prudence and the operation of its unique joint venture (JV) system.

Today, over 30 joint venture businesses, with over 50 branch locations, form the HR GO Group. A continuing policy of planned expansion and development since its first joint venture formation in 1977 has brought a wealth of highly specialised recruitment expertise from across a broad range of disciplines to the Group and allowed us to establish ourselves as the largest recruitment JV player in the UK.

The unique structure of the JVs allows the director-shareholders to enjoy a ‘hands-on’ approach in their business. This, combined with excellent group corporate strength, geographical coverage and a strong network of offices, allows each company within the group to provide the Best of Both Worlds: National Coverage and Local Expertise.
