Why the JV model works
The JV model has been tried and tested over 30 years and we continue to attract new JV partners each year. Over the last twelve months we have established new recruitment businesses to enhance our product range (accountancy) and our territorial penetration by setting up in Swindon. Additionally we have enhanced our business service activity with new JVs in areas such as HR consultancy and training, cleaning, security, aviation and facilities management.

In effect our JV model allows the JV partners (directors) to get on with what they do best – generating new business, promoting the company and drive growth. The Group for its part provides all of the back-office services so maximising the entrepreneurial environment in which the JV partner works.
HR GO plc takes a majority shareholding of each JV. The JV solution is a low risk option for those entrepreneurs wanting to set up their own business or expand their existing business but don’t want to waste time and effort in creating the administration that every business needs to be successful or create high investment in supporting activities.
